The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team and play a crucial role in optimizing operational activities. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operational activities. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient operations, maximize productivity, and drive the continued growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fishery, poultry, and piggery, as well as experience in managing a team and driving growth

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the company, including farm operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for quality control and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve operational targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to drive innovation within the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fishery, poultry, and piggery operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a farm or agribusiness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Experience in E-commerce is an added advantage
Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools.
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations is a plus.
