Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and innovative signage concepts.
Develop detailed 3D architectural renderings and mockups for client presentations.
Design graphics and artwork for various types of signage, including outdoor and indoor installations.
Ensure that designs comply with client requirements, local regulations, and aesthetic standards.
Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D design, signage industry and graphics software.

Requirements:

A certificate in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field is optional but an added advantage.
Proven experience as a 3D Architect or Graphics Designer, preferably in the signage industry for at least one year.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender), and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong artistic and creative skills, with an understanding of color theory and composition.
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and installation methods relevant to signage production.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members.

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000
