Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our property investment products and services to individual and institutional investors. Responsibilities:

Utilize a proactive approach to identify and engage with prospects, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging your existing industry connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients.
Understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
Regularly engage with clients to provide investment advice, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our investment products and stay updated on market trends
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and consultations with potential clients.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and risks associated with our investment products.
Customize investment solutions based on individual client objectives and risk profiles.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Stay updated on relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
Collaborate with key players in our market space, portfolio managers, and other internal teams to stay updated on investment strategies, market conditions, and product performance.
Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and client experience.
Stay actively engaged in the investment industry through networking events, conferences, and educational opportunities.
Continuously develop your knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, investment banking, real estate investment, managing HNI’s, and business development within the investment industry.
Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and financial advisors.
The results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
