Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The Business Development executive is responsible for business development, marketing including performing market researches, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
Minimum Qualification: OND
Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prospect for customers for the company by consciously initiating cold conversations with people you assess may be potential customers for the company.
Provide travel and tour information and answer enquiries by customer.
Assist with database management, creating itineraries, bookings and travel documentation when necessary.
Meet with both existing prospective clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
Sell, promote and coordinate all prospects travel and tours activities
You are to help potential clients to plan trips either to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
Research, explore and study different travel destination options, travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Track and prepare monthly KPIs reports for the team
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of OND in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years working experience on the marketing/sales/business development role.
Proven experience in business development, market research, or business analysis roles.
Ability to promote sales via social media
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Strategic thinking, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence platforms is desirable.
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills.
