Job Summary
A property salesperson has the responsibility of using their in-depth knowledge of selling properties to help the agency sell property, and guide prospective clients or buyers through the process of finalizing purchases or sales. A property salesperson will be using a mixture of negotiation, and marketing skills to find new clients

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree on the terms
Arranging advertising to promote properties
Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of the property sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in nay related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a sales person
Excellent communication skill
